Use Steps:
1. Connect work voltage DC 5V~12V from white XH2.54-2P socket or install a 18650 battery at left battery socket.
2. Install a measured 18650 battery at right battery socket.
3. Turn on power supply switch. Then the screen will display current battery voltage.
4. Set discharge stop voltage.Press button + and - to set discharge stop voltage.Parameters can be saved automatically.It is recommended that the 18650 battery stop discharge voltage be set to 3.5V.
5. Short press the first(left) button to start measuring.Then the LED indicator D3 will turn ON.
6. Short press the second button to switch dispaly capacity(mAh), energy(mWh) and voltage.
7. Long press first(left) button to clear dispaly capacity(mAh) and energy(mWh).
8. The battery is tested and shows the battery test value when D3 LED indicator start blinking.

Arrived after 3 weeks to Ireland Packaging was terrible, really bad, item in a antistatic bag in another plastic bag, no bubble wrap or protection whatsoever, such carelessness for such a fragile item, hence the big power resistor was only hanging on at one end. I resoldered the load resistor and moved the battery being tested holder 10mm away from this hot load resistor. After the repair, I tested the device and it did work fine. Please note: This device places a fixed load of 500mA on your battery under test, this is NOT adjustable, this is quite low for a 18650 battery, results while accurate for a 500mA draw, will not hold aH true for a higher load on the same battery, a real test drawing a higher current may surprise you, as it did me (eg. battery 2.12aH @ 0.5amp load, 1.25aH@ 1amp load)

I have used mine with supply cells around 3.0 volts without issue. the voltage measured for load is via the mcu which will have its own internal precision reference that will be largely unaffected by supply voltage changes, the mcu would quit via brown out detection before that is an issue.
